Where can I send flowers and gifts ?
You can send flowers and gifts to anywhere in Noida & Greater Noida.

Do you offer same day delivery ?

We accept same day delivery orders for Noida & Greater Noida area. The cut off time for same day delivery is 5 PM IST.

Can I send flowers on Sundays or National Holidays ?
Yes ,We can deliver flowers or any other gifts on Sundays or National Holidays except Holi.

Can I specify a specific a particular time for Delivery ?
Yes , you can surely specify a specific time for delivery , We will try our best to deliver it at the time mentioned by you , but we cannot commit a fixed time for Delivery .The same will be delivered between 8 AM to 8 PM.

Why do you need my phone number ?
It is essential to provide us with your full contacts details, including a valid phone number. Customer service may need to speak to you to confirm the recipients address, to modify the order or to confirm payment details. We will only contact you by phone in regard to the order you have placed.

I can’t place an order ?

Rest Assured ,Your beautiful fresh flowers will be delivered on the same requested day.

The flowers will be left in a 'secure place' if no-one is available to accept delivery.

If the recipient is not home and the flowers cannot be left in a suitable place, the courier will leave a 'calling card' detailing where they can be contacted by the recipient to rearrange a suitable delivery time and date.

We hate to disappoint so we are always happy to deliver to a business address during working hours, if you are not sure whether your recipient will be home.

At peak times such as Diwali, Rakhi, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we are aware that it is important that your flowers arrive in good time and condition. To ensure this during these periods we may dispatch your flowers up to 12 hours earlier than normal.

Noidaflorist.com is not responsible if the address filled in is wrong or invalid. We will try to inform you immediately but in that case, no refund will be made. We do not take orders for delivery at Airports and Railway Stations.

Please Try and place the order by 5 PM for same day delivery. For the orders of cakes,delivery will not be possible in the early morning because cakes have to be procured fresh from the bakery on your desierd date . We do not buy cakes the previous day for delivery on next day.
